How to file a claim
Step 1
Prepare Your Documents
- Collect all relevant documents related to your claim, such as medical bills, receipts, invoices, flight tickets, or any supporting papers.
- Make sure the documents are clear and legible.

Submit Documents
You can send your documents to PHP Agent in one of two ways:
- By email: Send scanned copies or photos of your documents to safetravel@phpbroker.com.
- In person: If it’s more convenient, you may bring your documents directly to the PHP office during business hours.
Your claim *must be submitted to the insurance company within 60 days* from the date of the incident.

A PHP agent will contact you to:
- Request any additional details required
- Assist you in filling out the necessary claim forms

Waiting for Processing
- After submitting your claim, please allow 30–40 business days for processing.
- If additional information is needed, our team or the insurance company will contact you directly.
Gather All the Required Documentation for Your Claim
To successfully submit a travel insurance (or visitors insurance) claims, you must provide proof of your incident and its extent. So make sure you keep all supporting documents that incident that you will be filling a claim for. Here’s what you need:
